Customers BnB Res does not yet have a call center. Customers can login and view their reservations online at bnbres.com or from a bed & breakfast's reservations page if they use the BnB Res plugin feature. Customers can also cancel reservations online if the bed & breakfast enables this option. If customers still need assistance, they are instructed to contact the bed & breakfast directly for help with their reservation or if they need to make reservation changes. |
